TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHRISLETTE TAYLOR LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
12) INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chrislette Taylor LLC and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
13) TERMINATION

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chrislette Taylor LLC regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
